We create exterior and interior renderings, 3D floor plans, 360° images and tours, animations, and real estate showrooms for architects, construction companies, developers, and interior designers who need to present their projects before construction. Yes. We work remotely with clients outside Costa Rica, using plans, models and digital references to understand each project. Our studio is based in Guanacaste and works on projects in Costa Rica and the United States. You can send these digital materials to request a quote from anywhere in the world.
Please send the project plans or 3D model, references for materials and landscaping, the views you want to show and the intended use of the images. These materials let us define the scope of the renderings, images or animation and prepare a quote for the work required for your project.

Yes. We create architectural animations for property pre-sales, with music and ambient sound. Watch the Koka Residence film, set in Miami, United States, as an example of this service. For that project, we delivered 8 renderings and an animation, providing images and video to present the residence before it was built.
